Maritime License Examination

To obtain your maritime license, please make an appointment for the examination in advance. It is important to fill out all required attachments and send them ahead of time; this will help expedite the administrative process. During your visit to the doctor’s office, you will only need to sign the necessary documents.

As with other examinations conducted at our clinic, the process begins with a session with the nurse, followed by the examination with the doctor. Please remember to bring your ID card and, if applicable, your glasses or hearing aid.

The cost of the medical examination is the responsibility of the applicant, with the price determined by the currently applicable price list.

If necessary, to ascertain the health eligibility of the applicant, the examining physician may order a specialized examination according to Annex No. 3 to Decree No. 42/2015 Coll. on the eligibility of individuals for the operation and service of vessels.
