Our e-prescription service is designed for long-term medications prescribed for stable health conditions, especially for patients attending regular check-ups and follow-ups. Please note that while your prescription may not be sent immediately after ordering, we prioritize attending to patients in person.

 

How to Order Your Medications

 

1. Through the Emmy App: Simply select the ‘repeat prescription’ option—this is the easiest method for everyone.

2. Voice of Emmy: Leave a message, and your request will be automatically converted into a written form within the Emmy system.

3. By Phone: Call us at 222 366 166 to place your order.

4. In Person: Feel free to visit us to place your order directly.

 

Your medications will be shipped within 48 hours on working days.
